Jay Payton went 0-for-3 with a strikeout in the loss to the Brewers on Saturday.
Fortunately for Rockies fan, neither Payton (3-for-19) not Paul Lo Duca (3-for-17) has made a case for a roster spot so far. The Rockies signed both to minor league deals in January, even though it looked like there wouldn't be room for either on the squad.
