2010 Draft Choices

I presume it is okay for teams to start trading 2010 Draft Choices and, if so, I suggest we can track/tag those trades in this thread until they are actually loaded into OOPPS ...

Pretty sure you can't deal picks until after the All Star break, right guys?

Yeah that's a false assumption. We can only trade draft picks following the All-Star break, that way there is some, albeit ambiguous, way to gauge the value of the pick being dealt.
