Dan Haren 20-7, 2.24 ERA, 8 CG, 4 SHO, 269 IP, 278 SO, 57 BB

Evan Longoria .285/.351/.557 46 HR, 104 R, 135 RBI, 17 SB - played in all 162 games for what it's worth as well.

I'd nominate Lincecum and Lackey as well, but Haren is the clear winner.

Honestly, without Hughes my team would have never had the late season push to finsih 3rd and knock Jake out of the playoffs.
Hughes had 32 IP in 2007 and 38.2 IP in 2008. Not eligible for ROY.
