The other teams in the AL Central should start trading their lefthanded hitters now. Hamels, Kazmir and Lester is some serious southpaw.

Cliff Lee
Jason Jennings
Clay Hensley

(unfortunately, that's my 1-2-3, when healthy).

At least I'll have Oliver Perez's ace projection next season.

Myers (presuming he still gets an SP rating next year)

Probably not the top 1-3, but a solid 1-5 when healthy and assuming I don't have one of the highest paid closers in the league. Also have Pavano if he ever gets healthy (and out of NY).
