Ken and Brett Z have raised the issue, and after repeatedly asking, I got a response from Ken on what he'd like to see as far as this year if we did change the rule.
We need to discuss/vote the actual rule first. I'm going to go ahead and put up a poll, but please don't vote unless you're satisfied that enough discussion has taken place.
