I think it's time we move on from Jake Hamlin. He has consistently only shown up for drafts and then goes missing all year. JP can correct me, but I don't think he's submitted an MP for 3-4 years. He doesn't return messages or even login to the site. He says he's always busy, which is probably true. But an occasional check in doesn't require that much time. It's clearly not a priority. I reached out to him on Linkedin and asked him what he wanted to do and he never responded. He did respond to say he was busy and should be checking in. I think we can manage his roster better in the short term while we find a replacement.
