Zips catch-all

Per the updated rules for this year's zips bidding, all guys caught between teams posting/signing and any guys returning from overseas MUST be posted for bidding for 24 hours before being signed. They should be posted in this thread. That means anyone with a projection must run through here before being signed, unless they appeared in a zips team release. This thread will remain open until Opening Day. Zips budgets and tiebreaker protocols will remain in place through this period.

Where is a list of players who are currently eligible under this phase? It would be extremely helpful.

I'm not sure there is an official list. Jim has done a nice job of trying to capture guys returning to MLB from overseas, but it's hit or miss on if they get signed before Zippy runs their team. I think it was linked higher up in this thread. A lot of the guys I've seen are MiLB free agents moving from a team that hadn't been run to a team whose projection had already been released. Some of them aren't showing a projection, but since they had one last year and played AA+ they may get one before the release, especially if they're on the 40 man or show out in spring training.
