Jarren Duran

Post by Royals »

Since I couldn’t move any of my top prospects or draft picks to get guys to help me compete this coming year, I’m going in a different direction.

After looking over my roster and trying to figure out who would project we’ll next year and what it would take to compete, I’ve decided to throw Duran on the trade block.

If I can’t move him so be it and I will hold on to him for another year when I truly think I will be able to compete.

To move him, it would take a big package. Not looking for a 1 for 1 deal. I want a deal that will set me up for the future.

If I move Duran, might as well go all in and move Ryan Pepiot while I’m at it. Mitch Keller and Sean Manaea available as well.

Well Duran is out.

I need outfielders!! Preferably younger guys but I am open.

Actively looking to trade Pick 1-18 and Cole Young. Everyone is available though(besides Kristian Campbell) even the #5 pick.

Matt McLain

Post by Royals »

I’ve had two GMs recently ask about McLain. The GMs differed on the value of McLain, one didn’t value him as highly as I do, the other did, we just couldn’t really match up.
Maybe it’s not worth it and he’s less valuable then I think or maybe he’s the gem I think he is and someone can get a sim stud to push them where they need to get.
If it brings me two good prospects preferably near MLB ready but okay with younger guys if they are the right ones then I would move him.

1-18 is still on the block as is Sean Manaea and Mitch Keller
