Yep, the gays had to try and ruin cowboys, like black people tried to ruin NASCAR jackets in the late 90s, throwback jerseys and big belt buckles in the 2000s.
I did like him in The Patriot and 10 Things I Hate About You. Haven't seen any of his other work

I'd pay money to see Eli shout "I can't quit you!"

He was great in everything he did, even if one particular film wasn't for you. It's going to be so weird watching him as The Joker knowing that he's gone. Every single report from the set of The Dark Knight says that Heath is guaranteed to blow you away. If you haven't seen him as Dylan in I'm Not There, you should.
It's sad to see another one of the brethren lost in his prime. Too many talented artists leave us to soon. The saddest part of it all, him and his ex Michelle Williams had a baby girl not too long ago.
RIP Heath

Does it make me a bad person to think that Heath Ledger dying makes Brady in the cowboy boots that much funnier? Maybe it was a tribute?

Well The Brothers Grimm, The Order, and The Four Feathers would argue that he was "great in everything," but I'm a monster fan of 10 Things, A Knight's Tale (totally underrated fun movie), and Monster's Ball.
There was going to be a lot more Heath Ledger in this lifetime, and movie fans would have been better for it. Very tragic...

I've always wanted to see Four Feathers, is it not any good? I thought maybe it would be like Zulu

Have you seen The Order or Four Feathers, Z? Were they bad? Yes. Was he? No.

I saw both - he wasn't terrible, but it's not like he elevated the movie at all, so I'm not gonna give him "good."
For example, he wasn't bad in "A Knight's Tale," but he wasn't great. The movie had a cool little plot, and Paul Bettany was just awesome. Also, Shannyn Sossamon is the hottest underrated actress in Hollywood.

Sossamon is good, but for some reason she's just not getting the roles. When Kiss Kiss Bang Bang first came out, I was excited to see her name in the credits, but in the end she had maybe two lines and ten minutes of screentime. She was also listed as being a part of the cast of Dirt on FX, but again that lasted about 3 episodes, with very little screentime in any of them. Hollywood just isn't buying into her for some reason.

She's probably not sleeping with the right people. She should try and find herself a Scientologist.

A note on shannyn sossaman...as I was flipping through the channels at 130am on a weeknight, I happened to stumble onto an interview with her, unfortunately it was on carson daly's show. But it did lead to this exchange...
Carson: One missed call has such an interesting premise. How do you decide your roles?
Shannon: I don't. I read something and if I'm even the least bit interested, I'll take the role.
Guess directors aren't banging down her door.

One Missed Call was filmed in Atlanta.
I was late for work every day for an entire week because streets were closed.
