Minnesota Twins Slow Burn Rebuild

Been shuffling some pieces around, trying to build a more competitive team for 2019/2020. Here's who I've got available right now:
Brian Dozier
Todd Frazier
Andrew McCutchen
Carlos Santana
Wei-Yin Chen
Tanner Roark
Any RP
None of these guys will be dead weight next year (or beyond), so I'm in no rush to do fire sale-type moves. But if I can get younger, more stable, and fill in some gaps (3B, CF, SP especially), I'll make some moves.
