What day and time will the signing freeze be over and the waiver period begin?

Could someone please post or point me toward to procedure for the waiver period?

Are we having a message board draft like the rookie draft?

Do we submit a list to someone? who?

Sorry if I missed it but I'm a little confused.

For the 24 hours following the end of the signing Freeze, all free agents will be on waivers. To claim a player, you post who you are claiming on the board and who you are releasing during the waiver period. At the end of the waiver period, the GM with the highest waiver priority gets the player. once you make a successful claim on one player, you go to the bottom of the waiver list.
If you are claiming multiple players, you should list them in order of preference.
