We've always operated with waivers updating following the last game of the sim month (not real life).

FYI, this is not going to happen automatically with the May 1st games...if anyone has free time after JP has simmed to post the waiver order as it should be, would save me some time since I'll have to process it into the site manually.

This should account for any ties and tiebreakers based on run differential for 5/1.
