Bryan Mitchell - ZiPS TORP?

With 28 of 30 teams having projections posted I went through and counted all of the starters with better FIP- than Bryan Mitchell's 83 and got 22. I'm sure that there are a couple of low innings guys I missed who will receive some sort of starter projection, but you can do the math.
3.79 ERA, 90.1 IP, 88 H, 6 HR, 34 BB, 77 SO
I grabbed him as a see-how-he-does-in-2018 shot after the Padres bought him for Headley's contract based on his AAA numbers this past year and knowing that he has quality stuff, but I would guess that someone could use him right now more than me so let me know if you have any interest.
I'd imagine the return being a prospect or someone with promise but less of a projection.
