I hate doing this, but ExCo has decided to remove Martin from the league. I'm extremely reluctant to remove smart GMs, and Martin is a sharp guy, but he's not even doing the bare minimum -- he sent just two MPs all year, and hasn't responded to emails, PMs or the board in months.

It's unfortunate, but we wish Martin all the best, and if life permits him more time, I know I'd be more than willing to welcome him back.
