Cards offseason shopping list

After dropping the NLCS in 7 heartbreaking games (Jake will have a recap tomorrow and I'll still be pissy) it's time to gear up for 2017.
I have two main needs going into next year. I wouldn't mind a stopgap 3rd baseman (I have Gyorko slotted there for now and could live with that for a year while my prospects get ready) or a potential long term one. I'd like to upgrade the 5th spot in my rotation as well
I have a 1st and 2 2nd rounders available along with Luke Weaver and Jean Segura/Neil Walker and whatever else may entice you
