Pitching & Contending Help

My travel schedule ramps way up again at the end of this month, so I'd like to get ahead of my last round of trades. I'm not giving up on '16, as I currently have a shot at the WC...but I've long said building for '17 was going to be my effort this year, so I'll remain focused there.

Hector Santiago, with his 3.82 sim era, would start for most IBC teams in the playoff hunt and is still just 28 and having a very respectable year in MLB.

Mark Teixeira is retiring, so he won't cost much, but has a strong SIM vs. both lefties (.237/.329/.469) and righties (.242/.336/.453), along with playing a very solid 1b.

Gregor Blanco plays the OF to vg/fr/av across the board, and, with injuries to a lot of my guys, has been an MVP-type for me this season simming to .307/.357/.404. While almost unplayable vs. lefties, Blanco's sim against righties is a very healthy .263/.335/.367...including .318/.368/.426 for me this year. On top of all that, he's ex/av/vg on his running.

Billy Butler smacks lefties to the tune of .272/.350/.420, including, in a SSS .409/.417/.909 for me this year. Also, having been left for dead earlier this year, he has been on fire the last three months raising his overall slash line to .280/.337/.423, including still being a lefty terror at .306/.362/.435.

Jesse Chavez has had a tough transition to the bullpen, but he's been a very consistent SIM starter for me this year, stepping up and pitching to a 3.86 sim with more than a k per ip.

With the above players, I'm looking for '15's, draft picks, or long-term solutions at 1b (Santiago territory, can be prospects). I'm around today doing work before I travel later tonight...PM is best.
