July 4th Block

I've got some strong SIMMers and Starling Marte going on the block. The goal is to find a #4 starter for next year, a replacement lf/rf, and a 1b.
On the block:
Starling Marte - He's awesome, having an awesome year, and is awesome in the SIM.
Mark Teixeira - Very good SIM, very bad year.
Justin Grimm - See Mark Texeira (131 era+)
Mike Bolsinger - Awesome SIM pitcher (3.01 era in sim)
Jesse Chavez - See Mike Bolsinger (3.28 era in sim), with a good year in the pen
Mark Lowe - 111 era+
Mike McKenry - Bit of a unicorn, decent hitting SIM C
Ender Inciarte - Young, decent obp still, outstanding OF, solid slash in SIM
On the block:
