Waivers slightly disfunctional

Because of the draft picks, waivers is kind of screwy. If you don't have less than 45 players, it will tell you you're over the limit. I'll fix it when I get home, but probably won't be until 6ish. In the meantime, forward claims to me and I'll process manually.
