I'm thinking no. The Rangers made the post-season and he didn't appear in their series--that seems proof of concept enough for me.

Agreed, unless there is something more recent about him playing somewhere that I didn't find.

You mean other than that he's been playing since August and is playing right now?

Ah I missed the game logs, just saw the rotoworld blurb that he was pulled off rehab. I vote in since he wasn't pulled because he was hurt further.

He's playing in the Arizona Fall League. I have to believe that because he's able to play there, if the Rangers really needed him, he would be able to play for them. I believe he's physically able to play in a baseball game.

Looked into this a little more today and Profar hasn't played any games yet in the AFL. Given that he's technically still on the DL, I feel like he can't play until he appears in a game there.
