Is beginning a rehab assignment. Would be a very useful piece to a contender who wants him. I'm open to any possible deal, since he does carry some considerable risk. Pm or gchat.
Justin Morneau (concussion) will be re-evaluated by the Rockies on Thursday.
It's possible he'll be activated at that time if the Rockies deem him fit to return to action. Morneau hasn't played since mid-May due to a concussion and cervical neck sprain, but he went 4-for-9 in three rehab games with Double-A New Britain over the weekend.
Still a little time to get in on a guy with a great projection..
