Headley....

CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that the Yankees have acquired third baseman Chase Headley from the Padres.
Neither team has confirmed the deal, but the Yankees will send infielder Yangervis Solarte and prospect right-hander right-hander Rafael De Paula to the Padres. New York will also receive $1 million from San Diego to help cover part of the nearly $4 million remaining on Headley's contract for this season.
At least Headley is getting out of that hitters nightmare in San Diego and going to the short porch in Yankee stadium. Good for future performance, bad for rooting for my player on the evil MLB Yankees!
