Has a test lab sauce right now that's Ghost Pepper Sauce. I'm so excited. I'll report back after I try it.

Good luck. My friend Seth (used to be in the league) worked at a place called Cluck-U Chicken. They 10-15 different sauces, but one, called the 911 challenge, you had to eat 5 of these wings in 10 mins with no milk or water. He said they would used the same shit thats in pepper spray and the workers would just add 10x more than they were supposed to use to see people's reactions.

I've never liked BDubs. I think because they just pour the sauce on top of the chicken when they're done frying it instead of applying it while they cook it

Did anyone try the Honey Bourbon sauce they had a while back? It was a limited time thing and by the time I got there to try it, it was gone.

You want them to deep fry the sauce on there?
And Pat, I had the Wasabi sauce a while back, it was pretty good. But not the honey.

I'm glad you said something, Nate. How do you apply sauce while the wings are drowning in fryer oil?

Brush them as soon as they come out. Maybe I didn't think it out logistically ok guys? Shut up

Alternatively, you put the sauce/spices in the batter and then fry it. I've been to some places that do that, and the result is pretty good.

Boom baby! That's how they do it in Nashville with fried chicken, if you want if hot they dip the chicken in the spices before applying the batter and then fry it. Bdubs could do that

But BWW is all about the sauce, not spices. You lose.

Put the sauce on, then put the spices, then deep fry. Then you don't lose the sauce. Either way Bdubs isn't that good

Thank you for the lunch suggestion. I'm eating it at my desk right now. Yum...

Fried Chicken and Chicken Wings are completely different.
Fried Chicken, everything gets applied before hand. i.e. You dip it in the spices, buttermilk, batter and then deep fry it.
Chicken Wings, you cook and then apply the sauce.

Been to the one in San Jose, tried one of the 911 Challenge wings...that was not a normal sauce, it was a freaking paste...and if you want to feel a full body burn you eat one of those and it will last a good hour. Overall the challenge was doable once you get through that first wing...but don't touch anything afterward.

Or you could grill the wings and apply the sauce while grilling. Still good flavor and like half the calories and carbs.
Nick, your sig looks like Utley getting ready for a golden shower.

It's a good one, but the pic is too big.

Tried it last night along side Blazin' so I could see how the heat compares.
The waitress said the Ghost Pepper wings are hotter than Blazin. They seemed pretty similar in heat to me, but as you can see in the photo, the Blazin had the sauce really thick while the ghost was fairly thin.
They were good though. Had a bit of a smokey flavor similar to the ghost pepper powder I have. I still have never eaten a ghost pepper since I've never seen one in real life. I was growing a ghost pepper plant at my apartment, but of course it was like 50 all through April and early May so the plant died.

They are much, much hotter than blazing. Mine had more sauce than yours. First bite was fine. After
Fourth wing I felt my face get a little numb. Took a break. Fifth wing didn't feel so hot to me. Good flavor for sure.

Steven neglected to tell everybody that the burn on the way out is worse than the way in.
