It is what it is. They're ranking sensitivity of attendance to winning/losing. We know Marlins fans aren't any more loyal than Phillies fans, it's just they don't show up regardless of record.Phillies wrote:lol Phillies at #1 and Yankees at #30. That in itself should tell you how dumb this list is. We may not be spending money to go to games and watch a Triple-A product, but we love our baseball team. Just not some of the players on it.
Yea we are loud obnoxious ass holes, no shame there. But calling us bandwagon fans because of ticket sales is stupid. Why spend all that money on tickets, parking, and beer to watch a team lose when you can spend 1/5 of the money to watch them lose at a bar? I don't find that being a badwagon fan. It comes down to how much fun it is to go to the park. Right now, it's not fun. That doesn't mean we aren't fans. I'll still go to games to watch Cole or Cliff pitch, but I'm not going to 10-15 games like I would in the past.Nationals wrote:Thought this was awesome. "The ending of your statement was totally unfair. We're loud, obnoxious assholes."
So...my apologies.
You're obviously going overboard, but I understand the point you are trying to make. But the same could be said for any sports team.Immediate to give up on their squad for a 2-game losing streak, quick to think a 3-game winning streak means a World Series title
