Teams using draft queue

I added an * next to teams for upcoming picks that are using the queue to give a better idea of how many picks you will need to wait for. It won't be perfect (like if someone is using their queue but it is empty) but it should help for timing (and I don't think it creates any kind of advantage for teams not using their queue).
