Even if we did get the draft eligibility resolved the last time, I was thinking that if one of us had the stated responsibility to ensure that each issue is resolved, communicated, and if necessary updated in the rules, we would stand less risk of failing to follow through.

My suggestion is to identify a sponsor for each issue that requires a vote or ruling. To me this can be very informal and we can still twist JP's arm to take most of them, but would go further to ensure that we don't do this:

Yeah, I think you're right that we need some better organization (both in terms of who has responsibility for something and it's current status). Do you guys think we can use the message board (maybe something like [ExCo Member][Discussion/Voting/Approved/Rejected] in the post subject that gets updated?) or should we try to use something else that might be more built for it (Google Docs? Asana?)?

I'm fine with doing it half the time. If I'm voted out I plan on running a shadow government anyway
