Pitchers/hitters available for stretch run

I have a couple of veteran pitchers who are quietly having nice seasons and are available for the stretch run. Looking for prospects or draft picks.
Sim stats:
Wade LeBlanc (L) 8-10, 3.69 ERA, 148 2/3 ip, 2.4 k:bb. Most recent start was a no-hitter in which he needed only 91 pitches.
Ratings: Fr Starter/Av Relief
Matt Albers (R) 11 saves, 3.88 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, 8 K/9, 2 BB/9, 62% GB rate. Been reliable as my closer for most of the year. Having a decent season in MLB so could be more than just a rental player for you.
Ratings: Av Relief
Jeremy Guthrie (R) 6-14, 5.65 ERA--but pitching much better than that lately, and his projection is much better, but bad team inflating his numbers. 1.36 WHIP. Having quietly good MLB season so could have nice projection next year.
Ratings: Av Starter/Av Relief
Also available:
Travis Hafner, DH, LH bat .292/.375/.552, .803 OPS, 15 HRs. Rates vg power vs. RHP. Should be back from injury soon.
Some prospects I'd also move:
Ramon Cabrera, C, SH bat .326/.373/.424, good receiver, been clutch hitter for me. Only K'd 11 times all year. Top 20 Tigers prospect having good season at AA.
Alex Hassan, OF, RH bat sims now, excellent defender at all 3 OF positions. Having great season at AAA, so expect good projection next year.
Julio Morban, OF, LH bat sims now, all 3 OF positions, good year at AA and good prospect. Only moving him because I'm LH-heavy on OF prospects. Would ideally get RH-hitting OF of similar prospect in return.
Taylor Lindsey, 2B, LH bat no sim now but should next year, excellent 2B prospect. Only moving him because I'm LH-heavy on 2B prospects. Good defender, good speed, expect nice projection next year.
