In looking at the box scores, Hultzen shouldn't be pitching.

He last pitched June 27th and has been shut down ever since. He's on the minor league DL.

farmed, and + a long time on him. Will have to check to see how many violations SD is up to this season. That's two since we implemented our draft slot rule, though.
