1B Adam LaRoche

Looking at dealing LaRoche for an outfielder with similar numbers, preferably one that can play CF at an AV level or better.
LaRoche is 33 y/o and is rated a VG fielder at 1B. He also has VG power versus both right-handed and left-handed pitching. His 2012 season was one of the best of his career.
I could see adding prospects, or perhaps lefty relief to a deal to get the right guy in return.
