Hey, guys. I've done some evaluating of my roster, and based on my rebuilding strategy, there are a few guys I'm looking to move quickly. All could be valuable pieces for your stretch run:
Lance Berkman, dh/1b/of, switch-hitter, vg power vs. both lhp and rhp, usable defensively at 1B. SIM #: .262-12-39, .365 OBP., 1.0 WAR.
Paul Konerko, 1b, vg power vs. both lhp and rhp, 63 defensively. SIM #: .284-26-80, .360 OBP, ~2 WAR.
Alfonso Soriano, lf, ex power vs. lhp, vg vs. rhp. SIM #: .249-26-58, ~1.5 WAR.
Other useful veterans available include Aaron Hill, Edwin Jackson, Jeremy Guthrie, Marco Scuatro, Alex Rios, John Jaso, Joe Thatcher.
