Offseason dealing?

Football's dragging on and there are enough small nuggets of baseball news to get us re-interested in baseball in the lull of the fall/winter (ie: Marlins screw over their fan(s( again for money).
So, let's talk deals. I'm looking for an offensive upgrade...preferably a batter who can hit for average. Also seeking a top-notch RP if one is available and a young 3B prospect. PM is best.
