Once January 1 rolls around, you cannot trade draft picks, and must wait until you are done drafting to trade a drafted player.

Fine, nobody wants em, guess I have to follow the damn draft now. Well at least there is a good chance I'll take that late player one of you wanted, so........

Sorry, I already am going to have to make cuts...can't take on more picks especially ones that late.
