Proposed:
JP installs MPs immediately after the new db comes out, Brett installs them the rest of the week. Brett sims. Brett sends the DB off to me to upload stats since he can't FTP.
The end. Yes or No.

Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Every time you add a step or have the sim change hands it's an opportunity for a problem. But good luck to you.
