The Rays are looking to finally field a competitive team for the 2012 campaign, but there's still significant work to be done. The line-up is solid and the 1-2 in the rotation are pretty good, but additions definitely need to be made at the 4-5 spots. The bull-pen is also a strength, however, it could benefit from the addition of another LH pitcher.
Open to making a few more moves, so let me know if you have any ideas. PM is best.
