Need a ruling from the ExCo. Pretty sure I won't like the answer but as you all know he got cut from the Marlins a couple weeks ago for mouthing off to a flight attendant. His 2 week grace period ends this week, any chance I can still use him for the playoffs or is this the end?

He's not on a team, I'd say no

Doesn't matter the reason for being cut, if a player is cut and not picked up, they've got two weeks to sign on with another team. He was cut two weeks ago today, so today will be his last active game.
