Mariner's All-Star Break Shake Up

With Sanchez and Morneau going down so has my team. I'm looking to shake things up a bit with an eye toward next season. I am looking for upgrades in my rotation, corner OFers and a catcher.
Nobody is untouchable, but some of the younger core guys would need a healthy return for me to consider moving them.
Contenders might be interested in names like......
Mike Adams, mr
Paul Konerko, 1b
Dillon Gee, sp
Jon Sanchez, sp
Justin Morneau, 1b
Edwin Jackson, sp
Nyjer Morgan, cf
Luke Scott, lf/DH (projects well against right handers)
Randy Wolf, sp
Adam Jones, cf (if the return was interesting enough)
Nyjer Morgan, cf
Carlos Martinez, sp (only in a deal for a front line starter)
James Paxton, sp
Jesse Biddle, sp
Jake Marisnick, cf (break out season for 5-tool cfer)
Yonder Alonso, 1b/OF
