Players for this year

The Mets are still in transition, so we are looking to deal some players who can help teams this year in exchange for players that can help us next year.
Biggest needs at the moment are CF, middle INF, C, 1B & Bullpen...you get the idea.
Available:
Carlos Lee - .779 OPS projection, 1B/LF
Hishinori Takahashi - 4.16 era, SP/RP
Juan Pierre - already has 30 SB's in IBC..VG range in LF
Nelson Figeuroa - 4.40 era, SP/RP
Matt Diaz - .808 OPS vs LHP
David DeJesus - EX defense in LF
Scott Atchison - 4.08 era, SP/RP
Would deal Raburn, but as of now he's projected to be my starting 1b or 2b next year, and I believe he'll get hot for the Tigers in the 2nd half. Still willing to talk.
Lastly - Anibal Sanchez, Mike Leake, Octavio Dotel, Alberto Callaspo, Chris Johnson, Jose Ceda, Pedro Feliciano, Andrew Cashner, Bobby Parnell, Mike Rizzotti could be moved if it improves my 2012 team, but otherwise, I expect those guys to help me next year.
Hellickson, Kennedy, Mejia are not available.
