Shake things up

Need some help to shake things up, my offense is stale, my defense sucks and I'm at least two pitchers short. Definite needs: good defensive shortstop who doesn't have a hole in his bat, catcher and left fielder who can hit, #4 or better starter, a decent reliever wouldn't hurt either. Not opposed to sim freaks.
Reynolds available for an AL team looking for a power bat (19 homers so far).
Anybody who doesn't mind taking on age...Rolen, Lilly, Hunter, Pavano all available.
Not looking to move JHey or Joey Bats, though I never thought I'd deal Liriano either, so never say never. Also have solid stable of prospects, Perez, Parker, FMart.
