One, if we're going to allow draft pick trading, we should increase the penalty for violating the rule. We're giving people what they want, if they're going to try to do an end-around on it, we should nail them to the wall. what penalty can be decided after we decide whether to increase it or not.
Two, i still think we should put in some kind of provision regarding newbies, at least ones who haven't done a similar draft in a league like this before.

Three points:
1. What the hell rules are there left to violate in the draft?
2. I just assumed that once a player was drafted he could be traded and that the only thing being restricted during the draft was trading of the actual picks, not players.
3. I'm not voting on the draft penalty until I see the option I want, and that option is: review the penalty level (based on what rules it's actually possible to violate) AND make it on a case-by-case basis. The fact that JP and Nils had to fight for 5 months and they're still going to pay for what amounted to a toss-in is fucking ridiculous.

Meant to post this before, but this poll has been preceded by: viewtopic.php?t=339 which makes it clear that the opinion is for increased level of TRC review are the only restrictions. Rerunning the same poll expecting different results seems to be a function of the lone withholding member running the new poll.
