As it says

in my opinion, if a GM wants to give them a good deal for their second rounder that will help them out in the shorter term and not screw them longer term, then Im ok with it. It's why we have a TRC. we dont need to add rules and stuff to new GMs further than the TRC already had.

Obviously we should increase TRC scrutiny on those deals just like any other deal a newbie makes. Otherwise let it roll.
