The ExCo has decided to remove Craig and Ryan from the IBC.

It took awhile to deliberate upon but in the end the ExCo decided it was the right move for opposite reasons on each member.

Craig simply never was around and made few (if any) roster moves. Since the draft, he had only released players when told to after playing with a 53 man roster for 3 months and dealt Peavy. Those were his only moves in 2007. He didn't really care for his roster and never contributed to the league.

Ryan was removed for his inability to send in rosters. It took him nearly 4 months to send in his first roster, months after DL violation after DL violation. While he traded and did post on the board some, he didn't live up to what we expect from an IBC GM and that is the most basic send in a roster and DL your players standard.

We have replacements hopefully lined up and Ryan Thomas (New Nats) will be in a minidraft with these two other teams.
