Since we have had two ties now, I think it is up to ExCo to decide the final spot on the TRC. It's between Tullar and Zalaski and I voted for Tullar. I think he has a better grasp on prospects than Zalaski does. Pat is also around all season long for the most part - Z moves around with his job a lot, which is no fault of his and all the better to him for it. Him moving around a lot leads to him often being inaccessible during the season (note his DL violations for his own team the past couple of years).
My vote is for Tullar, with Z serving as the first alternate. Levine is the second alternate, as was dictated by our original poll.
