The Tigers , having the lowest claim at the time of the 2007 "Projection" Free Agent Waiver Signings, claimed and sign Hiram Bocachica.

The Tigers will drop no one as they have a 4 for 2 trade pending which will result in two roster vacancies. They will be moved to the bottom of the list - an updated view can be seen at ttp://www.ibcleague.com/memberlist.php.

The Devil Rays now having the lowest claim during the 2007 "Projection" Free Agent Waiver Signings, claimed and sign Juan Padilla.
