When should begin our '10 Draft? Dec 1 or should we push it back to Jan 1 this year?

Someone check my work on this please...I broke ties by Pyth W% since that's what Waivers calls for, so if someone wants to rebreak ties by coin flip go for it.

So we got the draft order set up, but when are we drafting? Don't make any difference to me, I start my scouting sometime in November either way

This goes back to last year, but my preference is to draft on January 1 and to set that as the eligibility date so that people know who is eligible for the draft. I really don't think that the situation we had with some of those Cubans was a very good thing.
