I thought he isn't allowed to trade for either 24 or 48 hours so all owners have a chance to trade? I asked about Wilson 13 hours after he joined the league and he is already dealt. What's up?

I always thought that there was a month period where trades were monitored by the ExCo.

The TRC looks at trades with a much tougher lens with new GM's than they do for GM's who have been here for awhile, which is essentially the same thing.
