Alright guys, it is once again time to nominate players for the IBC postseason awards. So, nominations for AL and NL MVP, Cy Young and Rookie of the Year will be accepted all week and we'll vote next weekend. American League guys, how about we actually nominate some people this year? That too much to ask?

Votto who leads the league in BA (.341), hits (229) and runs (144)
or
Raburn who, after I acquired him, hit .325/.367/.619 with 17 HR and 49 RBI in 56 games (35 HR and 139 RBI overall)
I can't decide who was more valuable... it may be Raburn who put my team over the top.

I'll add Andre Ethier and Matt Holliday into the MVP fray. I think that Haren/Lincecum might deserve to be on the ballot this year too.
Also, should we try to make it more like the MLB in terms of voting? Would anybody be opposed to voting for 3 guys instead of 1 and ranking them 1-2-3? It's about 15 seconds more work but might yield cooler results.

Way to have a little modesty and not pimp just your players.

Smoke 'em if you got 'em. I think pitchers should be eligible for MVP in some cases, so sue me. Halladay should probably get MVP votes in the NL for the MLB this year but for whatever reason writers have a problem with that.

If anyone else has nominations post them because polls will go up in the next couple of days. If there's only one person nominated they win by default cause I'm not digging through everyone's stats to find other nominees
