How dick a move is this by me?

Hey ExCo types, now that I'm done with football for a minute and have some time to revisit my team I was just going over the AL West July (which except for injury updates I've pretty much missed it, how the hell is my team up by 5 games?) and discovered that Seattle started Josh Johnson when he was still on the DL on July 12th (and comfortably so, having been placed on it July 5th). Obviously the whole league (including Brett P who he was pitching against) missed it for more than a week, and if Ropers didn't happen to be the team I'm fighting for a playoff spot with I wouldn't have noticed it. I'm the GM who most clearly benefits by it and I don't want to seem like I'm selectively enforcing the rules to my own benefit, but at the same time at least according to the DB I have Johnson is activated, though he is still on the DL on a rehab assignment. How should this be handled? Should I just be an asshole and post it or should we let it slide?

I don't think it's dick at all, everyone else has been getting penalized for that shit, just because you caught it doesn't mean you can't be the one who blows the whistle. If you want I'll take the fall.

Agreed, it's not dick at all. Dick is not checking your DL.

Brennan pulled kinda cheap crap, well not really, but there was some controversy over some of his guys last year where theyd be on the DL but on rehab but no news of them coming off of rehab and stuff and still playing, I dont know, I just remember I was pissed about Bloomquist or somebody playing when he swept me last year.

It was Chris Snelling, turned out to be a Rotoworld error. Still kinda shady though.
