Signing Freeze Lifting

Okay, we're (ExCo) ready to lift the signing freeze.
Gist: starting at 6 pm EST tomorrow, you can begin emailing claims to me at
shawnwalsh@ibcleague.com. The deadline for submitting claims is Thursday at 6 pm EST.
If you submit a claim, you must also include any necessary releases to keep your roster legal or the claims will not be valid. Include instructions for your claims if applicable.
Starting at 6 pm tomorrow, I'll process them (taking care of Signs/Releases for you) as fast as I can and will post that it's open season on free agents once I'm done.[/url]

Does this mean that the exco has decided with 100% certainty we are using the Zips projections?

Since it is after 6:00PM eastern time here on Thursday. Does that mean the 24 waiver claim period is over now and all players are back to being free agents and teams can sign and drop players freely again?
Or is Shawn still working through waiver claims that were manually sent in and he'll need time to sort through all of them before the market opens up again?

Oh well..did the same thing with Botts last year...I'll stop being lazy at some point..just don't know when.
