Pittsburgh Infractions

Cha Seung Baek has been playing for Pittsburgh and is on the DL. This is his third infraction and will add 3 months to Baek's DL time (Shealy 5/9, Blalock 5/22)
Also, I deactivated Bray earlier in the season because I believed the team to not have a GM since no rosters were being submitted. This also would have been DL penalties at the time, though I'm not sure how we'll count it.
