Site Time bumped 3 hours

Ever since we switched hosts, the site has been running on west coast time. I've fixed this to default to EST now to reflect the majority of the league as well as the location of both the IBC HoF and IBC headquarters. I believe by setting the time zone in your profile you may be able to adjust this for the forums if you are not EST, though I'm not 100% positive on that.

I've got mine set to six hours off GMT and it still shows Eastern Time, but I think that most of us are used to adjusting off of ET because of TV, etc., so it shouldn't be a problem. Better than PT.

EDIT: Hmm, and the time of my post displays correctly for me, while the time at the top, right corner shows EST.

I think the built-in phpBB time displays (basically anything forum related, but not OOPSS related) will reflect that time zone selection. OOPSS stuff should have the EST I think.
