All-Star League

Putting the Rays' lone All-Star represenative, Brandon League, on the block.
The 26 year old is having a fine season in the IBC, posting a 2.44 ERA with a batting against line of .226/.313/.322 in 73.2 IP. He's been pretty much equally effective against right and lefthanded batters and his 76% GB rate and VG durability rating make him a workhorse for any bullpen.
He has a 3.84 ERA sim for 2009 and has improved almost all of his MLB peripherals from last year. His K rate/9 is up from 6.28 to 8.45. His BB rate/9 is down to 2.89 from 4.09. WHIP - 1.26 from 1.30. FIP - 3.82 from 4.16. I may be wrong, but I think he could sim even better next year.
Looking for young starting pitching, an offensive 2B prospect, outfielders, maybe draft picks. I'll look at anything though.
Good luck,
P.
